CANADA'S WONDERLAND PACKAGE QUESTIONS:

• What is included with the package?

  • What's included in the package is: One night accommodation in a Traditional Room (two double beds or one king), Option of 2 Full Breakfasts or 4 Continental Breakfasts (both are buffet style), Two Adult Tickets (all-day passes) to Wonderland (additional tickets can be purchased at the Hotel). One night accommodation in a Traditional Room with Two Adult Tickets

• What kind of breakfast is included?

  • Option of 2 Full Breakfasts or 4 Continental Breakfasts (both are buffet style). Continental breakfasts feature selections of fruits, cereals, yogurt, pastries, muffins, breads and bagels. Full breakfasts includes those items listed with the Continental breakfasts as well as hot items such as omelets, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, and breakfast potatoes.

• Does the Room Only rate include breakfast?

  • The Room Only rate does not include breakfast. Breakfast can be purchased separately at the Crave Bistro in the Hotel Lobby.

• Can I have the breakfast on any day during my stay?

  • You may use the breakfast voucher on any morning of your stay, please note that if the voucher is being used for four continental or two full breakfasts; the entire voucher must be redeemed and not split over two mornings. Breakfast is served between 6:30 am to 10:30 am.

• Can we upgrade our continental breakfasts to a full buffet? How much is it?

  • Guests can upgrade to our Full buffet breakfast for an additional $6.95 per person.

• If I am staying for 2+ nights. Can I repeat the package and get 2 more tickets per night?

  • Absolutely, many of our guests take this option and you will receive all Wonderland tickets and breakfast vouchers at check in. For those guests staying multiple days, the hotel also offers special extra night discounted rates.

• Can I get a CAA/AAA discount on the Canada's Wonderland package?

  • Our packages are not applicable to further discounts.

• If I only need the package for the first night, how much is it for the second night?

  • The hotel offers special discounted rates for your remaining nights. Guests also have an option purchase either 2 Full buffet breakfast OR 4 Continental breakfast per day for an additional $20 + taxes/fees.

TICKET QUESTIONS:

• Can I use all my tickets on the same day? Is there a date restriction on the tickets?
  • You can use all tickets on the same day at the Park, they are general admission tickets valid on almost any day at the park.
• Do you have additional passes for sale at the hotel?
  • Hotel guests can purchase additional Wonderland tickets at the hotel for $40 (taxes included) for adult tickets and $32 (taxes included) for junior or senior tickets.
• Who can purchase the junior or senior Wonderland ticket?
  • Ages 3 & over, and under 48" tall or ages 60 and over. All others will utilize the adults ticket.
• Do you have 2-day passes?
  • The passes provided through the hotel are one day passes only. Please visit the Wonderland website for more information regarding 2-day passes.
• Do you sell ground admission passes (no rides, just gate entry)?
  • The passes provided through the hotel are one day passes only. Please visit the Wonderland website for more information regarding ground admission. 
• I am not a guest of the hotel. Can I walk in to buy tickets to Wonderland from the hotel? Can I buy them from you online?
  • Tickets are offered for sale only to guests of the hotel
• Do our tickets get mailed to us?
  • Wonderland tickets are only available for pick up at the hotel.
• Can we pick up tickets at the hotel in the morning and check in at night time?
  • Absolutely! You can also leave your luggage at the hotel as well so that you do not have to take it with you to the Park. 
• Is buffet lunch available with the hotel-issued wonderland tickets?
  • The passes provided through the hotel are one day passes only. Please visit the Wonderland website for more information regarding tickets that include the buffet lunch.
• I'm travelling with my spouse and 2 children. Do you have packages that include children's tickets?
  • Our packages only include two one- day adult passes; for that reason, we also sell children's tickets which can be purchased separately at the hotel for either $40 or $32, taxes included.
• If we have a Season's pass, can we qualify for the room only rate?
  • Yes, you can show your season passes at check in to secure the room only rate. 
• Can I purchase tickets with you first and THEN get the room only rate?
  • To qualify for our discounted room only rate, guests will need to have purchased their tickets off-site from the hotel.
• Can we enter Splash Works with your hotel-issued tickets?
  • The tickets issued by the hotel are general admission tickets and can be used to enter Splash Works when the water-park is open. 
• Can our passes be upgraded to have buffet lunch at the park?
  • The hotel passes do not qualify for upgrades.
• Can our passes be upgraded to the 2-day pass in case guest changes their mind?
  • The hotel passes do not qualify for upgrades.
• Rain delay tickets, can they be refunded?
  • Wonderland does not have a bad weather policy, nor do they offer refunds.

HOTEL QUESTIONS:

• How much are roll-away beds/cribs?
  • Roll-away/cots can be rented from the hotel for $25 per night plus taxes and fees, they are equivalent to the size of a single bed. Cribs are available at no additional charge.
• What is a Corporate Jacuzzi Suite and how much does it cost with the package?
  • A Corporate Jacuzzi Suite larger than our traditional rooms and has a separate living area divided by French doors. It also has a sofa bed (equivalent to a double sized bed), 2 TV's and a microwave.
• How many people can your rooms sleep?
  • Fire regulations allow a maximum of 5 people per room. 
• Do you have a swimming pool?
  • Our hotel has two indoor pools and one outdoor salt-water pool.
• What is your cancellation policy?
  • The cancellation policy is 24 hours, giving you until the day prior to arrival by 4pm to cancel your booking without penalty.
• What is Wonderland's Pet policy?

• What are Wonderland's hours of operation?
  • Please visit Wonderland's website to view their calendar of operation dates. 
• Do you have fridges and microwaves?
  • All rooms at the Best Western Parkway are equipped with minibar fridges. Guests can purchase minibar items upon request.  Our suites have microwaves.
• Do you have family suites/2 bedroom suites?
  • The hotel only has one bedroom suites. 

TRANSPORTATION & DIRECTIONS QUESTIONS:

• How far are you from Wonderland?
  • We are approximately 15 to 20 minutes away from Canada's Wonderland, depending on traffic.
• How far are you from the Toronto International Pearson Airport?
  • We are approximately 30+ minutes away from Toronto International Pearson Airport, depending on traffic.
• How far are you from Downtown Toronto?
  • We are approximately 25+ minutes away from Downtown Toronto, depending on traffic.

• Do you have a shuttle to Wonderland?

  • The hotel does not offer a shuttle to Wonderland.  Either personal or public transportation is recommended. 
• Do you have a shuttle from the Airport?
  • The hotel does not offer a shuttle to Pearson International Airport. Either personal or public transportation is recommended. 
• Your address on your website isn't being recognized by my GPS system. How do I find your hotel? 
  • Try using "hwy 7" instead of "highway 7". Some GPS systems do not accept our mailing address for directions. Please try 9005 Leslie St, Richmond Hill, ON, L3R 0G2 as an alternative.
• How much is parking at Wonderland?
  • As per their website, "Parking for autos and vans costs $12.00 per vehicle. Parking for RVs and campers is $15. Disabled parking is available." Please visit the Wonderland website for more information regarding parking. 
• How much is parking at the hotel?
  • Parking for hotel guests in complementary.
